A guy I know, who is friends with my Dad gave me this bike, for free. It was in his yard for a long time and I think he was just sick of looking at it. A couple of days after I got it, I took apart the ignition lock (he had lost the keys) and had good spark. I then took apart the carburetor and cleaned it the best I could. I took off the gas tank, and attached a temporary one. I got the bike to run but only on choke. Since then, I have been working on it on and off. Here are some pictures, it has come a long way since I got it (although I wasn't smart enough to take a picture, it was in pretty rough shape).

What I am currently working on
- The seat - repaired the pan but need to work on cover/ bought a seat on ebay
- Bought some signals on ebay
- I bought a '78 tank on ebay and have sanded in down to bare metal/ removed bondo, am in the process of trying to get it as smooth and the best I can get it before painting.
What I've done so far
- Replaced air filter
- Replaced wheel bearings front and back
- Replaced Air boot from carb to airbox
- Replaced tube in rear wheel
- Cleaned the whole thing
- Added mirrors
- Replaced push and pull throttle cables
- Replaced clutch cable
- Replaced rear brakes
- Bought the rear combination lamp bulb
- Bought the rear combination plastic thing, gasket, bolts
- Bought a new tank which has not been put on needs to be sanded and painted
- Painted Front Fender
- Painted Rear Fender
- Painted Expansion chamber side piece
- Cleaned the chrome piece of exhaust
- Painted the exhaust, cleaned inside of silencer
- Cleaned rims
- Cleaned Forks
- Cleaned Shocks
- Bought battery cover
- New levers
- New shifter

- New fork boots
- Painted Magneto side engine cover
- New sticker on oil tank cover
- New sticker on magneto side engine cover
